The live promotions page treats beta as a window for lobby ideas, not only fault reports. A missing title, a shorter path through Slots, or a community tool can go in one note.
Write to support. Product reads the queue. A request can already be in flight, sit on a later list, or move sooner. The desk does not promise a ship date on this analog page.
How it works
Write the pitch
Name the game, the shortcut or the tool. Say what it would change on the lobby you already use.
The desk reads it
Each note goes to product. Some sit next to work already running. Some wait. Each one is read on its own.
Ship or park
The desk can start work, or find the idea already moving. Credit sits with the earliest timestamp if two notes overlap.
Beta is the easier window to send a sharp idea. A later changelog may name a contributor if the player agrees. Housebets can use the idea and is not bound to build it.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a feature request?
A missing game, a shorter click path, or a community tool. A broken control belongs on Report a Bug.
What if someone already sent the same idea?
Send it anyway if your take is different. Attribution on a similar pile uses the earliest timestamp. The house call is final.
What if the ship is close but not exact?
If the note started the work, the desk can credit that player. A close cousin on the roadmap is a product call.
How long before you know it will ship?
The official page says requests are read daily. Fast items can land soon. Larger ones wait for a slot. No clock is printed here.
Terms
Account standing
You need a Housebets account in good standing. Restricted, timeout or self-excluded accounts sit out.
Beta access
The programme sits on the Housebets beta. A note grants Housebets a licence to use the idea. Shipping is optional.
Spam and fraud
Mass low-quality copies can drop you from the programme. Fraud or multi-accounting voids the note.
Regions
Restricted countries listed in the Housebets terms stay off this path. The player checks local law.
