A stuck control, a wrong balance or a page that will not load can go to support. First valid report is the one the desk credits.

The live promotions page asks beta players to send faults before launch. A screenshot, the device, the browser and the last clicks speed the fix. Cosmetic layout faults count.
Support sorts the note. Engineering tries to reproduce it. A confirmed bug is one they can replay. A feature pitch is a different card. If you play on a phone, the desk note on the browser lobby is useful context.
How it works
Find the fault
Click through the lobby. A control that does nothing, a balance that looks wrong, or a slow page is worth a note.
Send the steps
Message support. Add the device, the browser, what you tapped and how many times it failed.
Wait for the fix
Support passes a confirmed report to engineering. They replay it, then patch.
Early access games can still break. The official terms say wins that come from a technical error, not from normal play, can be reversed. Do not farm a glitch.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a bug?
A control that fails, a wrong figure, a layout break, an error or a slow load. Cosmetic faults count. A new idea belongs on Suggest a Feature.
Can I send the same bug twice?
One valid note is enough. Write again if the desk said it was fixed and it still fails, or if a new detail changes the replay.
How much detail helps?
Browser, device, the last action, and how often it broke. A short clip or a screenshot is useful.
Why send it?
The official page frames beta as a public build. A confirmed report is how a fault leaves the lobby.

Account standing
You need a Housebets account in good standing. Restricted, timeout or self-excluded accounts sit out.
Confirmation
A bug is confirmed when engineering can replay it. The house call on validity is final. The first valid note is the credited one.
Abuse
Fraud, misrepresentation, hacking, glitch farming, bots or multi-accounting voids the report and can close the account.
Early access
Beta games can fail. Wins from a technical error can be reversed. Restricted regions in the Housebets terms stay off this path.
