Porchy on X, and Why I Keep That Tab Open

A lot of houses hide the person. Housebets prints the handle on the lobby. I use X for product questions that are not a payout ticket. I use email when I need a paper trail.
What I send where
Live support sits on the official site. I do not invent a first-person chat log. If you need a human on a deposit, open Support or the live widget on housebets.com. If you want to ask why a rail moved, X is the public desk.
The test I actually use
Transparency is a house slogan. I test it by whether Instant 10%, the slider, and the sports caveat stay on the page. They do. Sports still do not earn automated rakeback.
If Porchy posts a change, I read that post before I rewrite a desk note. The blog follows the lobby, not the other way around.
