Me, Porchy. I've been gambling for over a decade: on-chain, off-chain, and everywhere in between. Over the years, I've seen it all: delayed payouts, rigged systems, and platforms that punish you for winning. Ones that are decentralized? Cool if true for sports, but shit limits.
Housebets came out of that frustration. I didn't build it to make a quick buck or to call myself a founder. I built it as a gambler who got tired of losing unfairly, or worse, not getting paid when I won. I don't believe gambling is a way to make money. But if people are going to play, you deserve an honest, transparent place to do it: a platform that gives players the fair shot they should've had all along.
